What is our return policy?

If we’ve listed an item incorrectly, or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Please send an email at: explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)

  • If an item is received damaged, or not as described, please send us an email at:
  • Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items.
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment.
  • Please secure a return shipping label and mail your returns to the address listed below.  We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
